Do you sell to individuals?
No. We sell only to distributors, resellers, and system builders. Individuals are encouraged to purchase from our authorized resellers.
What warrenty is offered with your products?
--We offer a standard one-year limited manufacturer warranty against factory defect. Physical damage, shipping damage, and damage caused by user / user error are not covered by the warranty.
Do you ship to European, Japanese, or other overseas market?
--Yes, we do. All such purchases are through our headquarter sales office in Houston. All such purchases are paid with wire-transfer. The actual shipping time depends on your distance to Southern Asia. Again, we sell only to distributors, resellers and system builders.
What payment method do you accept?
--Currently, only wire-transfer. We may consider other payment method for well established accounts. Since these products are specially factory-made for us, pre-payment is required before shipping.
Do you offer quantity pricing?
--Yes. The prices of our products depend on the quantity of your purchase. Once you open an account with us, we'll send you a price list for various quantities.
Can you send me a price list?
--We will send you a price list through e-mail or fax after you establish an account with us.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
--We do not have a minimum order quantity for our regularly stocked colors and patterns in the US and Canadian market however, we do offer discounts based on order size. You can purchase multiple colors/patterns and receive discounts based on your total quantity each time.
For colors/patterns we don't already have in stock, the minimum order quantity is 100 pieces. The lead time is six weeks after the payment is received.
For customers from other parts of the world, the minimum order is 20' or 40' container. A 40' container would be much more cost-effective for shipping.
Can I ship you my case / drives / monitor / keyboard / mouse to get them painted?
--Sorry, but no. We do not offer that service right now. We do not anticipate such a service in the near future either.
Our products are produced in Asia. Such a customized process on an individual product level is too cost-prohibitive for shipping and time-consuming. It may be more expensive than purchasing existing products from us to replace what you have.
Besides the Chieftec and Hydraulic series of cases, do you plan to offer other cases with similar product finishing?
--Yes. We partnered with Chieftec first because of the popularity of their products. We may also consider other brands and sizes of cases. We are particularly interested in those that complement our current lines of products.
Do you offer sample products for reviews?
--Yes, but only to the top 20 web review sites and magazines.
Can I get a sample of your product before making a large purchase?
--Yes, but you must purchase the individual item first at the single-unit price. You must also open an account with us first. The sample price is refundable upon returning except the shipping. Once you purchase the large quantity, we'll refund you the price difference for the sample unit.
What shipping method do you use?
--For large quantities, say, more than 40 pieces, always with trucking companies in pallets to protect the shipping boxes. We can quote you shipping costs from trucking companies we have contracts with or you can use your trucking company. The shipping cost can be paid pre-paid or freight-collect by the trucking company.
For smaller quantities, we can ship UPS or FedEx.
When will a specific color become available in my market?
--That really depends on when our resellers choose that specific color to order. After they place their order, the color will normally become available in your market in 6-8 weeks. To get it faster, you can suggest it to us or ask your resellers to get the color you really like.
We offer more than 300 color/pattern choices for each available case design. The availability of each color/pattern will vary from one to the other and from time to time.
We will carry only the most popular designs as regularly stocked items.
Can we choose one color and become an exclusive dealer for that color?
--Yes if (1) you committ to a long-term purchase quantity order of a minimum of 300 per month and (2) the color/pattern is not yet available to the public.
We may waive the second requirements for very large orders, for instance, a minimum of two containers per month.
What retail price do I expect to pay for the individual cases?
--For the Hydraulic and SF201 aluminum mid-tower, it is estimated at $50-$60 more than the original cases. For the Chieftec mid-tower, it is estimated at $80-90 more than the unmodified ones. The difference in the pricing is mainly due to the difference in the actual size (thus surface area) of the cases. (Note: prices are subject to change without notice).
When will the first batch of such modified cases hit the market?
--The first batch will become available for shipping in late November through Directron.com. We expect our products to become available at other sites and locations soon after.
Do you have a show room where I can see some samples?
--Yes. Our show room is located in our headquarters in Houston, TX.
Can we combine our orders of modified cases together with the original, unmodified ones?
--Yes. We believe that's the most economic way to order these cases. You can order modified as well as unmodified cases in a mixed quantity, depending on your specific market. We can ship containers of such mixed quantity of cases world wide. In the US, we can ship pallets of mixed quantities nation wide. We are partners to Chieftec and Hydraulic for their cases. Our prices of unmodified Chieftec and Hydraulic cases are very competitive. The "unmodified" cases include beige, black, metalic silver, metalic blue, golden red, golden green, golden yellow, and golden purple colors.
