You can return your case for a refund within 15 days of you receiving it.

  • All returns and exchanges must be sent back unused and in its original packaging.
  • We do offer replacements within 30 days if the case is damaged or defective.
  • All "sale" cases are final sale, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange.

We are currently shipping internationally via DHL Parcel Priority! 
Orders being shipped to all international locations will take 8-14 days to arrive once the order has been shipped.
**Please note that all orders require 1-3 business days for processing before they are shipped.

Wildflower cannot be held liable for packages that have been marked delivered by the mail carrier that has not been received such as lost or stolen.

Yes, you are able to exchange your case if it is unused and you are within our 15-day exchange window.

If your order has not been shipped, we are able to update your shipping address. Please email us ASAP at Support@CaseArts.com with your order number and the address you wish to change delivery to.

If your package has shipped, we, unfortunately, cannot make any changes to your order once it has gone out. Please contact the mail courier as they may be able to change your delivery address ASAP! 

We only replace items if they are proven defective or damaged within 30 days of the order delivery date.

If you would like to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with photos of the damaged or defective item(s) at Support@CaseArts.com for further assistance.

We process orders within 1 to 3 business days for shipment. 
Shipping times vary depending on location -
U.S. - 2 to 5 business days
All International destinations - 8 to 14 business days
